Almost all of them are chill and cheerful but since Orks are a pretty shit army, the competitive among them will try to squeeze the most juice possible from his units and agonise over every single model and measurement. In a tournament, such autism is kept in check by chess clocks and time limits. In casual games, I hope you like playing 4 hour games because your opponent is micro-managing the position of 150+ dudes across every single angle of every ruin they walk into.

If it was just one guy, I'd write it off but I have seen these guys show up more in casual games than actual tournaments. Tau players are this bad too but they don't have 50 billion models so it doesn't make the game take an extra 2 hours just watching him fuck around.

At the very least the textured surfaces of the lids make those pots with some poster tack feel like nice painting handles if corks are too small for your hands to wrap around comfortably.

I have a pretty confident hunch that GW will shift towards smaller game modes for casual play. Spearhead has been a big success for AoS, not just getting people to buy into factions they may have been on the fence about, but I wager they’re buying terrain too. The main complaint I’ve seen about 2k point games is that with GW tanking points costs every army is basically a horde at that size if not a parking lot, the simplified rules not actually making games go by quicker and easier with that many units.
I’d say larger games will be supported through Crusades and perhaps competitive as well, but the 1k game support will continue, if not stretch to even smaller modes.

They are all over the place. Way too much colors not complementing each others, drawing the eye out of the models, none have believable vegetation and some are just "mud with a patch of perfectly clean herb"
