Epstein is radioactive, anyone publishing it will invite collateral damage and implicate their own. That's the only reason it isn't published, not that anyone would believe the government can operate in good faith regardless. Shit like this is why you kill offenders first and justify it later but since we're a civilized nation, the only realistic option is to publish proof that high-profile people diddled kids or engaged in illicit activity.
