While possible some of it is from a shitposter (applies to all subjects though, this is 4chan, anything for a (you)), I do feel like a good chunk of it is from a perception of their view (that they think is logical) being brushed off for (seemingly) no (good) reason. Also as mentioned before, 4chan, anonymity, more likely for the person to be without a filter when giving a piece of their mind in a situation.
