Yeah, I'm just getting started in taking my composing/audio work seriously.

sound theory or music theory? I know a decent amount of music theory since I played the piano/violin growing up, plus I also know notation and I compose through notation as well. I don't want to get too bogged down in studying theory for theory's sake, but I've been sticking to relearning the basics and branching out to parts that will help me develop the sort of music I want to make.
