Technically. 1999 adds the Acuity mods that killnyour multishot but reward precise weakpoint hits enabling millions of damage on most weapons and making Basmu and Stahlta monstruosities. Unfortunately wonky maths and damage attenuation kill the purpose anyway on people you’d want to use those weapons.
No. 1999 is crucial to the current plotline and past 6 months of updates were all around it. I doubt it will stay as separate.
