If you consider that F2P as the people actually rerolling really should have been rerolling for suzuka, biko or bakushin and one of the good none-speed cards in fine motion, creek and tazuna.

The launch speed cards are better or at least on-par with kitasan at 0-2copies. Look at these stats at 0c and you'll see it. They have a down side (biko has no specialty and suzuka no increased training for example) but their upsides make up for it and are all fairly balanced with each other

Biko's plan X is really good. Suzuka's runner skill is strong too. Bakushin's skill only king halo can really make use of but it's not a bad one.
