Pull the soundcard out of its slot by 1mm, That's what I did with my SBZ to get rid of the feedback/coil whine.
Then use a washer of some kind so you can tighten the bracket backdown while maintaining that gap.
Also the software features are way better on speakers greater than 2.1, People focus too much on headphones.
