The curse of day making them sleep is exactly that, but if there was no sun, or maybe a particularly wealthy and well connected Ventrue just decided he was going to outfly the sun so the party don't stop, could they get by entirely on Blood? Or would they eventually need to take a little nappy cause their legs are sore and their brain is heavy?
