This is pretty much the only light at the end of the tunnel for me. As a guy who enjoys when SRW goes off the rails with Mazinger & it's related titles, I'm hoping if or when they do use Grendizer U we get a pseudo season 2.

I've been thinking about how to connect them and the easiest way to do that is have a weaker Vega empire try to take over the earth ages ago and have them fail against the Mycenaen army but the Mycenaens are forced underground or something after having heavy loses with Dr. Hell finding both there leftover tech from that war years later.
