it's not that bad. personally I'd recommend swapping 1 of the speed ones for Takano (the woman wearing green that works at the academy), you should have gotten her SSR for free. It's a really good card for new players lacking strong cards for a few reasons:
1. Her ability includes stamina cost reduction and failure reduction on whatever training she lands on, universally useful
2. She unlocks her Dates, 5 times you can do basically a mega-rest that gives reasonable stamina, mood up, and has some extra bonuses like free stats and ailment cures. Importantly you can't fail these, there's no chance of getting only +30 energy or getting Night Owl.
The two benefits above combined mean she is a huge boost on your turn economy, you will rack up a lot of value no matter what your RNG is from her, unlike a speed card which only is useful the times it lands on speed while you are ready to train speed. Any turn you don't have to waste on just +mood or just resting or just +ailment heal is going to add up.
