I know it doesn't have to be that way. If they supposedly have all the money in the world for a failure of a marketing plan, that money can go to funding actual alts people would want to buy. But the biggest priority should be classic alts because people want to play as the characters as they were as much as they want to slap a shitty bikini on the women in the roster.
