had my checkup this morning, blood sugar + pressure seems okay, white blood cells + protein + ketones too high, everything else ok, kidneys were no longer shutting down
lost some weight and get to live another year 10/10 surviving
she was also pushing some intermittent fasting doctor with podcasts and books onto me, she's read them all...
also don't forget to cool off when days are hot, and use air conditioners to maximize study time
