Honestly, being a man in the dating world can feel like you're constantly auditioning for a role you're not even sure you want anymore. You're told to be confident but not arrogant. Be muscular but not intimidating. Be successful but humble. Be funny but not offensive. One misstep and you're invisible, or worse, rejected.

Meanwhile, it feels like some women can just *exist* post a picture, walk into a room, and get validation, attention, options. They don’t have to cold-approach. They don’t have to face silence or ghosting over and over. Their effort isn’t measured by rejection it's measured by selection.

And it stings. Especially when you've worked hard on yourself your body, your job, your mental health and still feel like you're not even in the game. Like you’re running a marathon just to be looked at… while others get carried to the finish line for showing up.

That’s what the meme is really saying. Not that all women have it easy but that for many average guys, *being seen as worth anything* takes blood, sweat, and years. It’s isolating. It’s exhausting. And most won’t admit it.

But it’s real. And yeah, it makes us angry sometimes. Because no one wants to feel like they have to build an empire just to deserve love.
