As of midnight on June 6, all accounts associated with FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION Generation 3, Saphir the Phantom Thief, have been completely deleted. This action was noted by the FSP/Ichi-Pro JP X/Twitter account in the same announcement as Saphir's termination letter.
Saphir, just as any other graduated or terminated talent, is listed as 卒業生 (alumni/graduate) on a not so optimized list of talents from FSP official site. https://firststage-pro.com/talents/
