cc2 is just a developer for hire, they don't have any control over what happens to the games they make (well, other than fuga now). the president gets asked about rereleasing solatorobo or asura's wrath or making new .hack games all the time, and his answer is always "we'd love to, but bamco/capcom own those and they don't want to do anything with them"
