What REALLY shocks me about this is that they could have done both, in the same set.
Regular art could have been blackwashed, while the showcase could have been accurate to the lore(aka white) or vice versa. They literally could have had their cake and eaten it too

And no matter how much good will this garnered from the woke community; let's be honest it was mostly content for YouTube "creators" to shill about (and ultimately helped trump get elected), but thia decision to wokeify lotr is aging terribly.
