This was always really dumb if you thought about it from a gameplay standpoint
>Toby would make new sprites, stat spreads, equipment flavor text dialogue, ACTs, etc. for Toriel but only for 1 chapter (where she hogs spotlight from Susie and/or Ralsei) while also not being considered a "very, very wonderful" character from the naming screen, and it's just repeating formula from Chapter 2
