I've worn down an old set of specialised all condition armadillo, no punctures so far but the tread is de laminating from the sidewall.
and there are a bunch of cuts that go right though the tread and partly though the kevlar casing.
but good lord are they a pain to get onto mavic MA40 wheel rims, tire is 23 mm wide and rim is 17 mm, it should not be so difficult.
much easier to put Michelin dynamic tires on there.
