Yeah but it's not a teleport mechanic so it's not relevant to which teleport mechanics are well designed or not and if Charles Entertainment Cheese is the only one who has a teleport without a penalty. Though you could still use the argument that at least Blight's ability goes on cooldown to do that so you have like 1 second to run to a safer tile while Ted Bedderhead walks out of his at full speed with a ranged attack ready and no TR.
