Ivy's got a plethora of problems, the fascinator is the least of them.
Her giant rose thorns, her weirdly short boots, how the boots stab into her own dress even in promo art, THREE different pattern styles between her thigh highs, the front of her dress, and the top of her dress, her cape spikes, random roses on her back that are covered by her cape.
You can simplify this design a lot, and it would be better for it. Start by removing her spikes.
