I don't have a photo of the disaster itself, but I was making sæƒood nerburg one day (this is a dish where your shellfish is gently pan seared and then poached in a cream and sherry sauce). I spent stupid moneyfunds on scallops, prawns, and lobster, and when I was transferring the shellfish back into the pan to finish in the sauce, I slipped and dumped like 90% of the shellfish down the crack between the stove and the counter. It was a bloody fucking nightmare.

I even baked vol au vents to serve. I got like 2 servings out of it and basically wasted like $80
