After checking I can confirm that the lightning from the clouds deals damage, there is just a surprisingly high chance for literally all of the lightning to miss you due to the bolts having relatively small hitboxes.

I wasn't really sure how to handle it. Making it cost nothing seemed like the wrong choice but I guess it's not strong enough to justify damaging (You). In my own playtests I would use it on the final boss on certain occasions to get a quick hit in from a distance, but I agree with you overall.

I would like to, though I haven't yet figured out how to do certain things on a technical level. Especially true for movement, which is held together by duct tape as it is. When I am able I will return to it and possibly make a sequel (which will be designed better from the start). No promises about the timeline, though... I started Ambient Filly all the way back in November.
