Can't remember names, only that a lot of the character designs themselves were really good. I know exactly who you're talking about with Potemkin loli.
I mained axe lady (read: she's the only one I knew real combos with) and I enjoyed the ninja loli and foxgirl pugilist. Game was fun as heck.
