ive been doing cardio and some weight training 3 to 4 times a week for 4 months now and it takes even longer to see any noticeable difference
im not really looking at the scale every day, but rather trying to build a habit of just working out regularly
if you just wanted to lose weight doing a diet would be much more efficient but also much harder to maintain imo
i generally feel much better after working out and i also managed to kinda have this discipline thing going for myself were i first need to "earn" using my pc or playin vidya on gym days by doing some workout
