Been doing the same thing at the start of the year:

>remain mostly market neutral
Been mostly holding positions, selling far OTM options, building cash, and waiting for the chaos to subside and the "good stuff" from Washington to kick in.

Got more vix/vol than I expected but it didn't seem to impact my 2/3x etfs too much.
