NTA, but how does paying for space in someone's room usually work if you're getting in touch here? Not so much "how do I talk to people" but rather how giving the money tends to go. Do people normally just coordinate, pay money over paypal/etc, and then trust that the guy will keep in contact afterwards? I've got it in my mind that someone is going to leave me stranded if I ever try to coordinate sharing a room on here.
