"Being creative" is not a justification for completely disregarding someone else's wishes and demands. One of those instances from the comics I mentioned actually has Rarity accidentally poisoning someone by feeding them something they were allergic to because she thought her idea for a cake was better than what was being asked of her. This then gets fixed one panel later off screen and no one is mad at Rarity or blames her for this entirely avoidable incident that arose because she doesn't like to listen to others.
