Gligar is great, no surprise here. Bagon is okay when it gets to setup. Everyone else is support. Tynamo has Thunder Wave. Lotad has Growl, Confide, Leech Seed. Lotad is also a great answer to Wailmer. Fennekin has Wish and Will-O-Wisp. Azurill is surprisingly good. It has immunities and Charm and Soak which is a super fun move.

Strategy is pretty much
>setup and support and gligar sweeps
Except against Glacia it's a team effort, and when Wailmer runs out of Blizzard PP it's Bagon Dragon Dance time.
