Yeah, boomers want their billions for their shed and are not selling for less.
Those that are still out are usually fixer uppers they planned to do as their 40th fixer upper but got too old and now are just trying to go +/- 0 on, sometimes even a few thousand above what they paid so they can buy a plane ticket and be a boomer on a beach somewhere..
