For the record if you paid attention they are only using that layout for MotoGP because they can't think of any other way to deal with pit wall being on the outside of the last kink in the other layouts, and that image shows them wiping out the kart track currently beyond the hairpin to make the back straight like 150m longer for car racing. Combined with the new turn 13 it becomes about a 900m or so straight like the main straights at Sepang.
