it was quite fun, day 2 was a bit hell because of retarded polish fans but they calmed down after i told them some polish swear words, by the end we were all good buddies watching the rally, isnt it wild how a bit of authority and mutual respect can do to a rally, there are many instances of marshalls being cunts to rally watchers, while i try to take a more relaxed approach, as long as people are not either on the road, in unsafe places and behave behind the designated lines, its all good, some people take this shit way too seriously as if theire the track police and every infraction deserves being yelled at like a retard, you gotta be both humble but authoritative, its still a dangerous sport afterall and rules have to be done

For the record if you paid attention they are only using that layout for MotoGP because they can't think of any other way to deal with pit wall being on the outside of the last kink in the other layouts, and that image shows them wiping out the kart track currently beyond the hairpin to make the back straight like 150m longer for car racing. TOCA Race Driver 3 isn't too hardcore but is more focused on career rather than sandboxing. Still, this game has the best variety of content of the genre, you can drive on ovals, GTs, feeder formula series, IndyCar, even lawnmowers are present on the game, so I highly recommend it.

I only played the PC version of it, but AFAIK, content-wise, both versions are basically the same. The only significant differences between them are the graphics and the performance, which are a little bit better on PC, and it's also pretty easy to config a steering wheel on the PC version, so there's not much of advantages on choosing the PS2 version over the PC one.

Single-player or Multi-player?
It seems like everyone jumped from ACC to LMU even for GT3s when it comes to online racing, so there's your choice if you don't want to buy an iRacing subscription.
The game is otherwise still in an early access stage despite the "v1.0" moniker and the 80 bucks required to get the current complete package (which is a big leap faith considering Motorsport Games recent track record).
I don't think we even have a date yet for the proper single-player mode update.
I really hate how all these games are stuck in a perpetual early access stage.
AMS2 development is just frustrating at this point, they keep adding stuff (with paid DLCs) without ever fully fleshing out and fixing ANYTHING they already have, and it's been 5 years now.
ACE is so far from being completed I don't even know what they were smoking when they came out with the initial roadmap.
And then we also have Rennsport (lmao) and the upcoming Endurance Motorsport Series and Project Motor Racing ready to start their own public development cycle.

I have been playing NFS since it was Road and Track Presents the Need for Speed on a Pentium PC. it wasnt "that" bad. True that it's not the peak of the series, but i think thats a bit depends on how old you were and things like that. For me being close to 40, my fondest memories are tied to NFS 4, meanwhile my few years older friends are more into the NFS3 nostalgia. Personally I do think the NFS MW is a bit overrated, it was a great game at the right place at the right time, personally I felt a pretty big disapointment over how the customization was dumbed down after NFSU2, or things like the shitty drag races which were already a bit shit in the previous game but somehow they ended up making it even worse in most wanted.
Don't get me wrong I still played the shit out of it and it's a great game. The MW2013 was a true disappointmentfest and letdown. Honestly I think The Crew 1 was closer to the spirit of the og NFS MW than anything came after (RIP)

They were good gameplay wise, really fluid controls and with a surprising level of depth in them, just don't expect realism out of it, the mechanics got progressively worse after, resulting in the horrid grip or drift driving from 2015, but for HP2010 they were fine for a clearly action focused arcade driving game.
NFS2010 is the best out of the post blackbox, modern NFS games, which are quite overrated outside HP2, NFSU1 and Prostreet to be fair, great games but the circlejerk for them makes people blind towards the other games, especially the classic NFS titles.

Fuck team orders anyway, let the guys duke it out, but wtf happened with Nuvils suspicious pentalty this time? Considering Neuville isn't a title contender anymore... Pro tip, go to every race and sporting event you have the opportunity to, especially if they you are on a work trip and in a foreign country.
The cool thing about SRO is that, in my experience, the smaller the races, the better the access. You will likely be able to get into the paddock and anyone you speak with will be extremely excited to talk to you, provided they didn't just crash their car, or whatever.
Study up on the teams and drivers and bring some Alieexpess flags and a Sharpie or to get some autographs. You will absolutely make some amateur driver frens day.
I 100% promise, you will not have a bad time going to a race, especially a sports car race in Japan and you will remember it positively for the rest of your life.
Also, schedule a bit of time to check out the parking lot. Cool cars always show up to races and as I understand it, Japan is exceptionally good for that.
