nope, my asian brothers and i fought a long and gruelling war, but eventually we managed to cut the russians down to size and our japanese comrades secured their hold on karafuto
russia for some reason only had 35% military tactics to my 75%, anyone know why? did they do some reforms? i'm kind of confused regarding where my level of tactics was coming from as well, i only have two tactics techs
will fire up the war analyser and post that, and then go to bed, that was exhausting
(oh yeah also i'm gonna take north korea, i was justifying on them before the russians invaded, i got the wargoal during the war and didn't want to waste it so i've had three stacks just sitting in north korea getting that ticker lol. will probably take the two north korean states, can i annex the south in one war then afterwards? would also be kind of funny if the japs took the south)

i had just westernised and had up till then been waiting to train the other half of my army as artillery and engineers. i was able to mobilise a huge number of troops (i picked equality as my national value which gave me an extra 1% mobilisation size than if i had picked liberty) so with my japanese brothers' help i was actually able to hold alright
