I see, yeah, it's not nice to the eye but that's what's confusing me. Despite having seen so many humans, I can't seem to draw what some particular part would look like with imagination. But thanks anon, I'll take the critique and advice.
I guess I'll attempt the thread challenge then (picrel (I ran out of page so I couldn't complete it, sorry)).
And ruled paper is the cheapest resource I have lmao. I'm from a relatively poor country and clear paper, even the cheapest one, is a luxury sometimes.

I think I have a strong spatial understanding of 3d figures. I can rotate them easily in my mind and roughly project what they would look like, same with posing. I just can't seem to fill in the mental details on the 3d image in my mind. Also complicated poses scare me when I try to draw from imagination.
