You can double suppress Leazas, do a prep phases between 6-8 and still lose Cordoba because of Warg turning up in Leazas. X has a few issues, but I really dont like the, 'you must clear this city by this turn, or these characters die' mechanic. It restricts the flexibility of choosing a unique path and forces you to clear the same way each time
