They just recycle assets and force us to use them over and over again. I see why that is boring and tedious. As for mission design, it feels like most other robberies and they are annoying all for different kind of reasons. Everyone has their least and most favourite one I guess. Usually Rockstar has an idea how much time a mission should waste so you cannot grind or enjoy it too much. Must feel like a chore, even if the cooldown is a whole week.
Most of the time they will cooldown shit because someone abuses it any honest players must collectively suffer. Slush funds in cars is so dead.
