There was a small update today which added two new Refrain Quests in the Tower of Babel. Along with a new buff- Resistance which is Def up by 0.01x for 7 turns and is irremovable. I'm assuming this is only for enemies in the new Refrain Quests.

I did not know they had the same voice actor but after hearing them in game I'm surprised I didn't catch it sooner. But yeah there is a difference between Tsathoggua's permanent and Summer versions.

I wonder if any of the voice actors who have been in that situation tried to record the lines in one take just changing their voice when needed rather than do all the lines for one of the characters first.

With you saying that I feel like I need to get another notebook or two maybe go full evidence board to keep track of everything that's going to happen in Book 2. For reference all my notes from Book 1 took up the last 75% of an old notebook I had lying around.
