2B player here. here's my impressions of the notes
>jL turning into jLLL
theyre trying to add a reason to use jL. I doubt it matters much. maybe itll improve her air-to-air clash situations? maybe itll give a combo on rising jLLL?

just a straight buff to her air-to-air button. like most 2B players im also guilty of defaulting to jH (and always being stuffed) so I think ill have to start pressing this now
>multistrike protocol L/H tossed knuckle now bounces
this is the baseball bat swing. I think this ties into an earlier change they did making the non sweet spot swing wall bounce the opponent. they want 2B to bait spotdodges and rolls by holding the bat longer and I suspect hitting the knuckle after it bounces will automatically beat roll / spotdodge but we'll have to see.
this also means that holding the swing longer doesnt make her lose pressure anymore. so yeah, slight buff to her pressure here, but honestly you should always jump or DP (if it reaches) this move anyway.
>pod A (gatling gun) whiff recovery
their description is confusing. they arent talking about a whiffed 5M, but about a blocked 5M into a whiffed 236L. what this'll do is make it so that if you spot dodge her pod A you won't be able to punish her anymore lmao. itll still be your turn tho
>uskill SKL cost reduction
slight buff to SKL economy. this'll let her do her most damaging combos with 1 less bar of SKL. dont think you're gonna get spammed with uskills now though, 2B still has the worst meter generation in the game which im baffled they didnt buff instead.
interesting changes. clear buffs but in a weird direction. I'm really confused as to why they haven't done anything about her jU~U (kick while hanging from pod) since it has just been an unused move from the start. dont agree with the pod A change at all but there might be some sauce in the bouncing knuckle stuff so I'm eager to test the patch out.
