Had one gifted to me recently and it's changed my riding habits. Now,

>no fear of my cheeks being claimed by the pavement because I decided to wear something more breathable on a hot day
>makes longer rides more comfortable
A little annoying if you wear tight pants, but I don't. The hard plastic parts also require perfect position to ensure nothing is digging into your rearend, but once you positioned it all falls into place.
