Description states:
"Melee Weakspot hits make the enemy count as Staggered for 4s."
not
"Melee Weakspot hits stagger the enemy for 4s"
Why is this important?
Because half of what people assume benefit from concussive do not.
Things like the Opportunist blessing on the shield maul do benefit, as it is vs Staggered enemies.
Things like Hold the Line and Suppression Force do not, as you have to actually stagger an enemy for the talent to take effect, not just make an enemy count as staggered.
