Gearbox fundamentally misunderstands a lot of things about the universe.
Seeker is supposed to be part of the same house as Artificer but doesn't even remotely share the same aesthetic, and while Artificer used "magic" it was clearly technology but Seeker is just spiritual monk shit.
They also thought UES was like, Starfleet and they had academies in Hostile Worlds when they're just Space Amazon. They have to hire people to protect their shipments, they're not just part of UES.
