Going by just fine as a fp2 + the characters are all complete so no need to roll dupes to unlock extra abilities
You might want to reroll to have an easier time at the start but that's about it
They give you enough rolls at the start to get your teams going

But as anons said in the thread it has the Nikke system of transferring levels so eventually you'll want 5 SSRs to break the lvl160 wall but it'll take a good while for anyone to reach that far right now
The devs gift you some SSRs and SSR selectors to help you with that
