My recommendation is that you uninstall your drivers with DDU and install them without telemetry, and the shitty Nvidia experience and Nvidia app, with NVCleanstall
The Steam video recorder is much better than Shadowplay. You can even save videos in x265 hevc, and it comes included by default on steam
