Jason Hall makes sense. Chet Faliszek makes sense. Ross just sounds like he wants something for nothing, not a proper right to maintain abandonware. There are too many IP complications involved, and this is not a "Abandon copyright & gas the kikes now" petition either. Which it could have been.
