I can't find the document that had the MT3 concept stuff, but I did find some SMT1 concept stuff. Apparently the game was initially being written to have some pretty different endings. YHVH and "Gaia" would be the main Law and Chaos (good/evil since they're still using MT2 terms) leaders. Both law/chaos endings would lead to all humans dying, but the MC would merge with YHVH in Law, and would "live in harmony with Gaia" becoming a new Noah/Adam and Eve figure. At least that's how a translation reads. If you have Vesk's archive, you should read up on the SMT1 docs, they're an interesting read.
