You are trying, desperately, to imply Arabs owned 95% and Jews just got the borders they did for no good reason. When, in reality, virtually all the owned land in the territory allotted to the Jews was owned by Jews. Most of the 95% you’re hoping to imply was owned by Arabs was owned by no one, because it was uncultivated desert. Most of the land owned by Arabs was consolidated into the territory allotted for Arabs.
