>most if not all listings mention supporting first nations people and some combination of south sea islanders, women, applicants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and members of the lgbtqia+ community
>high risk positions supporting applicants with disabilities and mental issues
>learn some organisations will straight up handhold abos through the application process, include abos on interview panels (racial nepotism), make them do less paperwork, and even provide training when they otherwise wouldn't for non-abos
>spot a listing that looks interesting from the title but open it up in a new tab only to discover it's an abo only position in the description thus wasting my time reading through it all
>see articles and blogposts by employers whinging about their listings being spammed by foreigners who don't even have legal working rights in Australia (lol sucked in)
>suspect many of the positions are pre-filled 'ghost jobs'
>trade apprenticeships are competitive and will cull your application without a relevant pre-app cert II even if you have experience on the tools and industry relevant tickets
>unions are sociopolitical cancer hijacked by communists and bikies that have partner organisations like APHEDA that funnel money and resources out of Australia
If it were financially viable to be a full time neet in this economy I'd never work again.
