In Mei it happens all the time. I thought it was just made up by Mei, but they actually pulled the club helping at Angel Mort from old short stories that came with mini-games included in the original Japanese release of the Question Arcs.

Near the end of Mei there was a story where Akasaka saw it and actually reacted with surprise and anger, wanting to close Angel Mort down before the club convinced him otherwise.
