Thanks to these books I can read. I honestly hated and was bored to death of all the novels I was introduced to early on. I mean for christ sake in first grade they had us reading the lemonade war which was incredibly boring and I can't remember a thing about it besides the name. I went to a different school in 2nd grade and once I got my hands on Diary of a Wimpy Kid, I never struggled with reading again.

Yeah this series made me love reading. After 2nd grade I continued to read and was a big fan of books like Big Nate, Jedi Knight Academy (name might be wrong but it was in the diary of a Wimpy Kid style), my weird school, dog man, ect.
