Autism and schizophrenia you can have both theoretically but I can't think of any two more incompatible mental illnesses one is defined by extremely rigid thinking whilst the other is defined by basically the opposite heads in the clouds overactive pattern recognition you can be autistic and still have "le gene" that makes you psychotic but just because you're psychotic doesn't mean you have schizophrenia lol you can also be schizoaffective or bipolar I or any of the other myriad psychopathologies (they are different btw)
