nobody said the actual reason why paladins died, so i'll just say it: it's because of trannies. unironically. the face of the devteam, kryptek, is a nonbinary and the rest of the devs are either troons or lgbt allies. just look at some of the most recent champions they added in the latter half of this game's life, when it was no longer partially owned by tencent (who gave us lian and zhin).
